This contemporary U-shaped kitchen maximises the room’s footprint & makes the most of a relatively small space. It was important to ensure every detail of this project felt right to the client in order to eliminate any nervousness or doubt. Depth and character are given by the dark colour choices of bold botanical wallpaper, Deep Blue cabinetry and a contrasting glossy teal tiled splashback. The result is a cohesive scheme that feels both confident and considered.
the design
Schuller Handleless cabinetry in Matera Deep Blue anti finger print finish & silver grip rail form the backbone of the kitchen, giving the space a strong, architectural presence. This is paired with a teal glazed tiled splashback that introduces colour and subtle reflectivity across the Schuller 3.9cm Onyx Black (K182) laminate working
area. NEFF appliances are integrated seamlessly within the units, including an integrated washing machine, XL fridge freezer, built-in single oven & compact oven, induction hob and wall-mounted angled glass extractor.
Deep drawers with glass sides and internal organisers provide practical storage for cook and tableware. A bespoke cabinet was created to house the existing wall boiler and both corner bases are easily accessible to keep the space cohesive yet functional. The client was absolutely thrilled with the finished result which is such a dramatic transformation to
their space.
